What started as a personal practice gradually became a deeper exploration of Yoga, spirituality, energy, and the relationship between body, breath, and mind.
Tantra Hatha Kundalini Yoga was my first gateway into Yoga, under the guidance of Carmen Hernandez. One year later, I met her master, Monika Kwik, and studied with her the Tantra Shakta and Kundalini Yoga lineage to deepen my practice and becoming a teacher.

Discovering Ashtanga
In 2019, my path led me to Ashtanga Yoga.
I became a student of Borja Romero-Valdespino at Ashtanga Yoga Madrid. After establishing a consistent practice, I began assisting him and learning how to teach the method. Through Borja, I was introduced to Peter Sanson, whose workshops continue to support my development.
My Approach to Teaching
My travels to India have deepened my understanding of spirituality and energy work.
Today, I am grateful to share what I have learned through years of dedicated practice and training. My teaching is rooted in the traditional Ashtanga Yoga method of K. Pattabhi Jois while integrating the broader knowledge and experience gained throughout my Yoga journey.
